Turn it inside out before washing to protect every sequin.
Hand wash in cold water with a tiny bit of delicate detergent. If you must machine wash, use a cold, gentle wool cycle in a mesh bag. No spin!
Skip the wringing or twisting. Lay flat or drape over a rack (or a towel on flat ground) to dry evenly, out of direct sun.
