Nova Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for choosing Nova. Every piece is produced in small batches and crafted with movement, comfort, and quality at the forefront. we want you to feel confident when you purchase, so here’s exactly how returns work.

Eligibility for Returns

Nova pieces are made in limited quantities. To keep the standard high for every customer, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of your order arriving.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, bags, and protective packaging included.

  • Due to the delicate nature of sequins, items showing snagging, stretching, missing sequins, makeup marks, deodorant, perfume, or signs of wear may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect hygiene and product quality, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Bikini Tops

  • Socks

  • Sale items

  • Custom sizing or special-order pieces

  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

Email returns@nowyounova.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
You’ll receive a reply within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

·       Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

·       Please use a tracked service, as Nova cannot refund items lost in transit.

·       Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage to sequins during transport.

Refunds

·       Once your item is received and checked, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

·       Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to process it.

·       If your return isn’t approved, you will be contacted with the reason and offered options.

Exchanges

Due to small-batch production, exchanges depend on availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Quality is central to Nova. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can put it right quickly.
